In conjunction with the Hotel-Hostel and Restaurant Expo Philippines in partnership with the Pastry Alliance of the Philippines, The 1st Philippine Chocolate and Ice Cream Show is opened on July 14 and lasted until July 16, 2010 at The World Trade Center.
